Careers and the Disabled

CAREERS & the DISABLED Magazine, established in 1986, is the nation's first and only career-guidance and recruitment magazine for people with disabilities who are at undergraduate, graduate, or professional levels. In partnership with the magazine, Wyndham Worldwide participates in recruitment events throughout the year.


DiversityInc brings education and clarity to the business benefits of diversity through its magazine, website, social media sharing and events.


Hero2Hire makes it easy for Reserve Component service members to connect to and find jobs with military-friendly companies. H2H also offers career exploration tools, military-to-civilian skills translations, education and training resources, as well as a mobile app. Support for H2H is provided through the Department of Defense’s Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program.

Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR)

Founded in 1986, the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) is one of the most influential advocacy organizations in the nation representing 16 national Hispanic organizations in the United States and Puerto Rico. Their mission is to advance the inclusion of Hispanics in Corporate America at a level commensurate with our economic contributions. To that end, HACR focuses on four areas of corporate responsibility and community reciprocity: employment, procurement, philanthropy, and governance. Wyndham Worldwide works with HACR to identify leaders to support the Company's goal both internally and externally.

Human Rights Campaign

As the largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Americans, the Human Rights Campaign represents a force of more than 1.5 million members and supporters nationwide — all committed to making HRC's vision a reality.

Founded in 1980, HRC advocates on behalf of LGBT Americans, mobilizes grassroots actions in diverse communities, invests strategically to elect fair-minded individuals to office and educates the public about LGBT issues


LATINA Style is the first national magazine dedicated to the needs and concerns of the contemporary Latina professional workingwoman and the Latina business owner in the United States. With a national circulation of 150,000 and a readership of nearly 600,000, LATINA Style is unique in its ability to reach both the seasoned professional and the young Latina entering the workforce for the first time. For two years in a row, Wyndham Worldwide has attained the achievement of Top 50 Companies for Hispanic Women.

National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP)

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People sponsors programs designed to ensure civil rights compliance, equitable treatment of all Americans under law, the attainment of educational excellence and access to health care and economic empowerment. Wyndham Worldwide participates with the NAACP in an effort to be recognized as a good corporate citizen and to seek potential relationships with this segment of the emerging market.

National Association of Black Hotel Owners, Operators and Developers (NABHOOD)

NABHOOD channels its directives onto the development and expansion of hotels in the hospitality industry with respect to investment, partnerships and ownership through a network of minority groups in the United States and throughout the Caribbean.

National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA)

Established in 1970, the NBMBAA is dedicated to creating partnerships that result in developing intellectual and economic wealth in the black community. Wyndham Worldwide posts all of its management positions on the NBMBAA career site and has received honors and awards from the organization for its collaborative participation in the past.

National Diversity Council

The National Diversity Council is the first non-profit organization to bring together the private, public and non-profit sectors to discuss the many dimensions and benefits of a multicultural environment. The success of the Texas Diversity Council (established in 2004) served as a catalyst for the National Diversity Council, launched in the fall of 2008. The National Diversity Council is a forerunner of community based, national organizations that champion diversity and inclusion across the country. It is currently made up of state and regional councils, the National Women’s Council, the Council for Corporate Responsibility, and the Healthcare Diversity Council.

National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC)

The National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce is the largest Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) business development and economic advocacy organization in the world. The NGLCC represents the interests of more than 800,000 LGBT businesses and entrepreneurs and is committed to forming a broad-based coalition of LGBT owned and friendly businesses, professionals and students of business for the purpose of promoting economic growth and prosperity of its members. As a partner, Wyndham Worldwide was awarded "Corporation of the Year" for its leadership in promoting and recognizing the value of diversity.

National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC)

The primary objective of the National Minority Supplier Development Council is to provide a direct link between corporate America and minority-owned businesses. Wyndham Worldwide is a corporate member of NMSDC, partnering with it to ensure that the company's diversity program parallels the guidelines set by the council.

National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA)

The National Society of Hispanic MBAs is a professional organization founded in 1988 to foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development in order to improve society. Wyndham Worldwide posts management positions on the NSHMBA career site and is actively pursuing mutually beneficial opportunities for workforce, marketing and community involvement.

U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC)

Founded in 1979 in New Mexico, the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce works toward bringing the issues and concerns of the nation's more than 1.2 million Hispanic-owned businesses to the forefront of the national economic agenda. Wyndham Worldwide is a corporate sponsor of the USHCC and was awarded the 2003 "Corporation of the Year" award for its involvement in Hispanics Today and many other business opportunities.

U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce (USPAACC)

The U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce connects and represents Asian and non-Asian American businesses and professionals by offering programs including the USPAACC Supplier Gateway, Business Colloquies and diversity seminars. Wyndham Worldwide is a corporate sponsor of USPAACC and has enjoyed the benefits of partnering with the Asian-American emerging markets in areas of supplier diversity, multicultural marketing and franchising.

WeConnect International

WEConnect International helps women-owned businesses succeed in global value chains.  

WEConnect International identifies, educates, registers, and certifies women's business enterprises based outside of the U.S. that are at least 51% owned, managed, and controlled by one or more women, and then connects them with multinational corporate buyers.

Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC)

The Women's Business Enterprise National Council is the nation's leading advocate of women-owned businesses as suppliers to America's corporations and is dedicated to enhancing opportunities for women's business enterprises. Wyndham Worldwide is a corporate member of the WBENC and uses its membership to identify potential women-owned businesses with which it could consider business opportunities.
